Business Analyst - Front Office, Energy Trading | ETRM CTRM Configuration | 6 months rolling | Inside IR35 | Hybrid | £750pd

One of our clients is currently seeking a Business Analyst with strong Physicals experience for an exciting contract opportunity within the Energy Trading sector.

This Business Analyst role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of Energy trading, operations, and market dynamics, and has previously worked in the fast-paced environment of energy trading. For this Business Analyst role, having a strong understanding and experience working with ETRM systems is essential, due to the role needing someone who is confident with ETRM configurations. Essential ETRM systems include OpenLink, Endur, Allegro, Calypso, Sophis, Murex, Trayport, Brady, and Molecule.

ETRM configuration including: Product onboarding, curve set up, P&L, Complex pricing, Trade capture, power Curves, all within an ETRM.

The role will be working across their business globally and helping with customization of the systems for specific stakeholder needs as well as configuring and growing out new products.

Having strong communication skills with offshore stakeholders is key, and good documentation skills are essential for working with the engineers doing the development.

The ETRM Business Analyst contract:

Hybrid working (2-3 days in London).

Key ETRM Business Analyst Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Physicals or Derivatives Energy Trading space domain.
2. Strong background in Energy Trading and familiarity with trading platforms.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience working with ETRM systems.
5. Experience with Product onboarding, Curve set-up, Complex Pricing, Trade Capture, Valuations, PNL.
