I am looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join my client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for technical problem-solving and a desire to contribute to the success of the company whilst leading a team of skilled Engineers.

Duties include:

Leading a small team of Engineers.
Providing support for the engineering team with any technical questions or queries.
Monitoring KPIs and performance management.
Carrying out engineering audits and toolbox talks.
Implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Providing training to new and existing staff.

Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime and support the on-site engineers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, using technical knowledge and appropriate tools.
Being heavily involved in project work.
Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Team Lead or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG.
Experience with electrical and mechanical engineering.
A relevant engineering qualification.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Previous experience with project work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team efficiently under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
