We are actively recruiting for a leading complex care provider who is looking for a Complex Care Nurse Case Manager to join their team covering the Leeds/Yorkshire area.

We are looking for nurses with a background in invasive and non-invasive ventilation with experience with either paediatric or adult patients. Joining this large community complex care provider, you will be responsible for overseeing a clinical caseload of around 12 clients from home and leading and training a team of support workers in the delivery of paediatric complex care packages within the community.

Purpose of the Role:

1. Manage the clinical care requirements of existing service users
2. Mentor and support a team of nurses and support workers
3. Ensure new packages are implemented safely and in a timely manner
4. Develop working relationships with professionals and service users' families

Skills & Experience:

1. Registered Nurse - Paeds
2. Experience within Complex Care - on intensive care (or similar), or within the community
3. Skilled in leading and supporting teams

This Paeds Complex Care Nurse Case Manager position is full time and pays £36-38k for the right candidate, working from home Monday-Friday and comes with a range of great benefits.
