We're looking for Rehabilitation Field Case Managers with knowledge of Brain Injury, Spinal Cord injury, Amputation, Complex Orthopaedic or Burn injuries to join our Industry Leading Team.

We're an award-winning provider of rehabilitation case management, supporting individuals who have been injured at work or in an accident to return to function and work. We're dedicated to providing an evidence-based service of the highest clinical quality.

The Role:

You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients to identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation.

Clinical Profile

• HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration
• A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
