About the role
We are looking for somebody to join our fast-growing Service Desk team as a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Support Consultant. Our Service Team specializes in and manages a range of Dynamics products including CE, PowerApps, Dynamics 365 BC, and F&O. This role can be performed remotely with travel to Node4 offices and client sites.
As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, you will deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The role will require a good working knowledge of Dynamics products with a specific focus on CE and Power Apps.
