This role is pivotal in managing Employee Relations cases and providing high-quality support to managers and staff. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The HR Advisor is responsible for the management of Employee Relations Cases across their client group.
Reporting into the HR Business partner, the purpose of this role is to provide high quality ER advice and support to managers and staff, enabling managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective and safe culture and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
The role will include travel to locations around East Sussex and can be based at any of their sites or head office 2 days a week. You will be given complete autonomy to plan your diary and your site days.
