Qualifications

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Koordination von Einrichtungen in gewerblichen Gebäuden.

Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an onsite Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for airport facilities based in the SeaTac, WA area. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have excellent interpersonal skills, and must enjoy working with clients, vendors, and the coordinator team to achieve excellent customer service. This position will assist with the resources to complete reactive and preventative work orders with vendors, technicians, and the client, in airport facilities including Cargo, Hangar, and Terminal buildings across the USA.

This is a Resource position that will last up to 6 months in length and will then provide the opportunity to apply and begin your career with Sodexo, which will allow for development opportunities for future permanent opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Assist team with vendor management, vendor selection, and onboarding.
  • Approach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority, ensuring OSHA regulations are followed.
  • Handle routine facilities operations by procuring supplies and services, assigning work orders in CMMS, and using written and verbal communication as a liaison between vendors and clients.
  • Obtain accurate proposals, issue purchase orders with NTE, monitor work completion/obtain work completion paperwork, and final receipt in CMMS for invoicing.
  • Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion.
  • Actively participate in scheduling meetings with partners to finalize the priority of work orders.
  • Assist manager with the hiring, training, and onboarding processes and other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
  • Excellent customer service skills and orientation, with the ability to always maintain professionalism.
  • 4+ years of facilities coordination in commercial buildings preferred and airline or airport experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of building utility systems, including appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, on-call weekly rotation (on-call is weekends and evenings).
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Willing to travel in the United States as needed.
