Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide expert design services to the leisure, retail, and hospitality sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Kenilworth offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, the individual will need to be ARB registered with good post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and have a background in managing their own projects within the residential or leisure sector. The individual will need to be able to boast design flare and have strong attention to detail.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Architect:

1. ARB registered
2. Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification
3. Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
4. Proficient with AutoCAD
5. Experience managing projects across a broad range of sectors such as residential, leisure, or hospitality
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Live within a commutable distance to the Kenilworth area
