My client is a leader in medical imaging (ultrasound, X-ray etc.), seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated team covering the UK.

In this role, you'll be travelling to veterinary practices, ensuring their vital imaging equipment runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• You handle all aspects of service calls, from scheduling to resolution, keeping everyone informed.
• You fix equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently, keeping clinics up and running.
• You collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Service, Support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You share your expertise by mentoring fellow engineers.
• You're comfortable traveling within the North and beyond when needed.

About You

To apply for this role you should demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a field service engineer. Ideally this will be in healthcare with equipment such as x-ray, ultrasound or endoscopy; however, other electronics such as printing can be considered.
• Full UK Driving License.
