Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
2. Experience teaching Art & Design in a secondary school setting
3. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts
4. Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
