SUMMARY

We are seeking an exceptionally organised and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play an essential role in delivering complex, high-impact projects across multiple technical domains.

This role is central to upholding and enhancing our reputation for industry-leading end-to-end product and technology solutions, distinguished by deep technical expertise, cross-sector innovation, and a rapid, motorsport-level execution pace.

Working closely with our project leads, Chief Engineer, and Chief Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will coordinate technically challenging projects spanning multiple industries and incorporating mechanical, systems, electronics, and software engineering, ensuring that those projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the exacting standards for quality and efficiency that define our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects comprising any combination of mechanical, systems, electronics, and software engineering teams.
  • Lead and execute precise and comprehensive project planning, establishing clear tasks, objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless integration of activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between senior management, project leads, purchasing teams, clients, and external stakeholders, facilitating transparent and proactive communication.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, swiftly implementing solutions to preserve momentum.
  • In collaboration with Chief Engineers, maintain strict quality standards through consistent monitoring and evaluation throughout project lifecycles.
  • Implement and enforce documentation and reporting processes, providing regular, accurate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform post-project evaluations and ensure continuous process improvement, capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven extensive experience managing complex projects in technical, engineering, or software-intensive environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple demanding projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of and familiarity with recognised project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and industry-standard task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse teams and stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets, resources, and risks.
  • A technical background or substantial experience in technical, engineering, or software development sectors is essential.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • A critical and influential role within thriving, ambitious, and innovative organisation with a unique company culture.
  • Opportunities to manage and deliver a diversity of exciting projects combining deep technical expertise, cross-sector innovation, and a motorsport-level pace.
  • Work alongside a close-knit team of exceptional engineers who excel in their respective fields.
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including comprehensive healthcare cover, and significant opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Annual company ski holiday and quarterly team events.
