The Opportunity:

What You’ll Be Doing:

3. Collaborating with designers and engineers to bring best-in-class products to life—ensuring they are both commercially successful and user-focused
4. Identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your product expertise and UX insight
5. Shaping and refining digital strategies, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of modern product design and development

What You Bring:

1. Proven leadership experience in a product-focused digital agency, SaaS company, or technology consultancy
2. A strong background in user experience (UX)—understanding how to build intuitive, high-performing digital products
3. Hands-on, client-facing experience, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and product teams alike
4. A strategic mindset, with the ability to align business goals with product success
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, guiding teams and clients through complex product journeys
