Sweet Pea Early Learning is a family-operated centre in the heart of Ohoka, dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and inspiring environment for both our tamariki and our team. We are looking for a passionate and qualified Kaiako to join our amazing team.
This role can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours to suit your needs. At Sweet Pea, we believe in fostering a workplace where teachers feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. As a qualified teacher, you will bring your enthusiasm and love for your practice, creating engaging and creative provocations inspired by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy. A strong understanding of programme planning, the NZ Curriculum, and a growth mindset will help you succeed in this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas will also be key.
