Role mission:

CUBE has a key program to deliver a segment-leading regulatory intelligence product as part of its ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for organizing, managing, reporting, and delivering the program ensuring that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct internal and external parties to deliver the program ensuring alignment between different workstreams across engineering, product, operations, content, and others:

• Develop and manage achievable high-level plans, risks, and issues.
• Ensure comprehensive low-level delivery plans are in place and aligned for all workstreams.
• Set delivery expectations.
• Ensure up-to-date communication in line with the agreed cadence.
• Ensure capacity management.

What we’re looking for:

1. Experience of delivering data-centric software engineering programs with 40+ engineers over 12+ months within a small company environment.
2. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
3. Fast learner and able to execute at high velocity.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
6. Understanding of PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE, and other methodologies as tools that can be used to help delivery.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business subject.
