We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Integrated Hub located at our regional office at HMP Oakwood. The role covers HMP Oakwood (category C men's prison), HMP Featherstone (category C men's prison) & HMP Brinsford (category B men's prison & YOI)
Hours The site currently offers Monday - Friday; core office hours
Salary This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £27,582 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing As an Integrated Hub Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
Work on reports and data gathering - this will be a crucial part of the role so strong Excel skills are essential.
Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
The clinical side will include duties such as managing long terms conditions administrative tasks - you will be running reports, managing appointments and using system one as well as general administrative duties.
The Hub focuses on substance misuse patients- you will be supporting clinicians, running reports and data management as well as general administrative duties.
What we'll look for in you
Previous administration experience - required
Strong Excel Skills - required
System one experience - desired
Experience working within a prison or hospital/GP setting - desired
GCSE in maths & English
Good communication skills
