US-headquartered law firm with a fantastic global reputation is keen to recruit a talent and onboarding assistant to support the team.

This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role – some of the duties include:

1. Extensive support with the recruitment of lawyers to their London office, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, agreeing terms, etc.
2. Welcoming and onboarding new joiners (including welcome gifts).
3. Preparing their tech, phones, and iPads.
4. Assisting with accommodation.
5. Being involved in the firm summer internship scheme.
6. Attending firm events and liaising directly with partners.
7. Serving as the go-to person for any queries from new joiners.

A professional but approachable attitude is a must. It’s an amazing place to work, and the more you can do, the more they will let you do to develop your career.
