Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Lettings Valuer – Duties

To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable service levels
Have a deep understanding of our services and products, seeking cross-selling opportunities
Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing
Take high quality photos and write accurate descriptions for market listings
To undertake the measure-up of properties in readiness for marketing.
To maintain an effective client list.
To assist in any other requested tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer – Experience Needed

Previous experience of a similar role is essential.
Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation and landlord / tenant laws is desired but not essential.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong administrative skills with an attention to detail especially when dealing with contracts.
Confidence in dealing with a variety of people both in face, over the phone and in person
Able to work as part of a team and alone.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills.
ARLA qualified or willing to work towards an ARLA qualification.
Experience of working in a fast paced, busy environment.
A positive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve their goals.
Pro-active and a desire to achieve results.
Full driving license required.
