Mortgage Underwriter

Our ideal Mortgage Underwriter will have experience within either the Specialist Mortgage space, OR the Complex Buy to Let sector, with the ability to think outside of the box and find reasons to lend.

Our Client is a fast-paced, exciting business with a thriving team, and due to growth in their loan book, they are looking for experienced Mortgage Underwriters to join them on their mission!

With excellent basic salaries on offer (£45k for a Mortgage Underwriter and £52,500 for a Senior Mortgage Underwriter - dependent on experience), as well as a benefits and bonus package worth shouting about, this is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO FURTHER YOUR CAREER WITHIN A WELL ESTABLISHED AND REGARDED COMPANY, WHO PUT THEIR STAFF FIRST!

Our ideal Candidates will be:

• Experienced within the Specialist Property Finance Underwriting space
• Hold a current lending mandate
• Be confident to make decisions to lend
• Have a customer-focused energy, and be willing to pick up the phone to explain decisions
• Be a team player, and willing to be on a joint mission with the rest of the team
