Care Home Manager requirements:

Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
