What You'll Do

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cisco, you will rally alongside a team of highly motivated SDRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers. This includes prospecting customers by phone, email, LinkedIn, or whatever it takes to get them excited and engaged with Cisco XDR. You will not only be responsible for outbound prospecting but will be expected to be a subject matter expert on all things XDR.

We have tons of tools and training that will help set you up for success, including Security Onboarding, ongoing product training and mentoring, shadowing opportunities, and a stellar team around you that will cheer you on!

Who You Are

  1. A bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of sales/lead generation experience in a high tech/SaaS company
  2. Experience working or an interest in working on outbound hunting
  3. You have experience cold-calling or prospecting for net new customers
  4. Tenacity and a hunter attitude
  5. Any CRM experience is a plus (SFDC, HubSpot, etc.) as well as prospecting tools (SalesLoft, Outreach)
  6. Language skills are an advantage
