We create clothing from recycled plastic bottles for children aged 1-8 and provide family adventures on our converted American School Buses. Role Description

This is a contract role for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations at our flagship Roarsome Store located in Wandsworth, London. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, executing in-store events and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. This is an on-site role, requiring a hands-on approach to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and excellent leadership skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in inventory management and merchandising
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Passion for sustainability and outdoor adventures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the children's retail sector is a plus
