Billing Analyst

Location:
Hybrid working - 2-3 days minimum at office

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to contribute and adhere to standard processes within the specialism, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the business. Identify deviations within the standard processes and work with the line manager to resolve and identify opportunities to continuously improve. Manage billing diaries effectively, ensuring invoices are created accurately, timely, and in full the first time. Ensure working towards set KPIs for the specialism.

Following further work during this transition period, it has identified the need for a Billing Analyst to join the Billing COE. The role can be based across the UK&I, so would require no change to current location.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Adhere to DHL processes/controls
• Raise sales invoices/credit notes
• Collections - first point of contact with Accenture/stakeholders
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup
• Access self-billing portals (using customer portals)
• Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs
