Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  2. Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
  3. Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  4. Preparation of meeting packs and valuations as required.
  5. Assisting investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations.
  6. Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in an administrative role supporting financial advisers.
  3. Proven experience working in the financial services industry.
  4. A strong ethic of client service.
  5. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  6. The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
