Job Description

• Maintain and update financial records.
• Regularly perform data entry tasks in Sage and Xero.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with the team to complete end of year audits.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Support other financial projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

• Experience with Sage and Xero accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• An educational background in Accounting or related field.

• A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £33,000.
• A generous holiday package of 20 days plus 8 public holidays.
