Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research and provide property evaluations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate transactions and ensure a smooth process for clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations
• Learn and understand RECO and TRESSA compliance requirements
• Implement KW-proven models and systems to grow your business faster

Qualifications:

• Real estate license (or process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan
