With the guidance and supervision from the Capacity Planning Co-ordinator, will lead and manage their teams effectively in line with Trust policy and protocols, ensuring the teams are positively supported and guided through all aspects of their daily duties and conduct.
Is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the access and booking targets in relation to the whole patient journey for the designated specialties.
Will ensure a focus is maintained on customer care standards at all times and represents the service of Access, Booking and Choice in a professional manner.
