Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to deliver innovative, custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Write clean, efficient Apex code and create Visualforce pages.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions post-implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, and following best practices.
• Continuously learn and enhance your Salesforce development skills by collaborating with more experienced developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce or a Salesforce certification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and data modeling.
• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
