Job description

We are recruiting a Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Newcastle!


The Role
  1. Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.
  2. Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all heating/plumbing systems.
  3. Identify, reduce, and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.
  4. Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, communicating effectively with the client team.
  5. Ensure that domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.
  6. Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.
  7. Conduct regular plant room checks.
  8. Attend all reactive tasks in a timely manner.
  9. Liaise with the wider team to identify client improvements.
  10. Adhere to all CBRE QHSE Requirements.
Hours
  1. Monday - Friday
  2. 7am - 6pm with shift dependent.
  3. Overtime & weekend flexibility required.
  4. On-call schedule available.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3.
  2. Maintenance experience.
  3. FM Experience advantageous.
