Business Change Manager (Private Markets), Global Multi-Asset Investment Firm, London, UK

Our client, a global leading multi-asset investment firm, is currently looking to hire a Business Change Manager to join their private markets team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The firm, which invests across a number of asset classes in the private and public markets, is currently going through a period of change, including growth, structure, and process redesign, and is therefore looking to add an experienced Change Manager to the change and transformation function.

As the Business Change Manager, you will have an essential role in the business, partnering with the wider private markets teams on both the articulation and delivery of change. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with the Business Change Director, while having complete ownership of your assigned projects, working across a very top-to-bottom role. As a newly created position within the firm, you will be given plenty of autonomy to help mold and develop the position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a process-driven, hands-on Change Manager with experience in the private markets space to become an integral member of the team and really make an impact.

• Management of projects and programmes that are of strategic importance to the private markets team
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
• Ownership of project management toolkit, including analysis, planning, and execution
• Wider stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Writing of project charters and business requirement documents
• Ownership of project budget and spend

• Experience working as a Project / Change Manager within a private markets environment
• Previous experience with front office portfolio monitoring implementation
• Understanding of the complexity of data and controls
• Proven experience of designing operating models and delivering to the business
• Systems skills including MS Projects and Visio
• Experience with managing projects using both waterfall and agile approaches
