The Opportunity:
My client, a managed service provider, is currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team in a unique split role - 50% working directly with a high-security client, on-site in Plymouth, and 50% supporting multiple MSP customers remotely and on-site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional from a single IT environment looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced MSP setting or an established MSP Engineer seeking their next challenge at a leading regional MSP.
