As a Guideline Monitoring ESG Product Lead Vice President in the Guidelines Middle Office team, you will be at the helm of the guideline management workflow within the product group, with a special focus on ESG coding implementation. You will ensure adherence to regulatory and client guidelines, while also improving quality and reducing administrative burden through innovative solutions. You will own and deliver initiatives that promote efficiency, mitigate risk, and meet regulatory mandates.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build strong understanding of business strategies to deliver guideline requirements successfully.
2. Have strong understanding of ESG and ESG implementation in Guidelines Monitoring team.
3. Develop best-in-class guideline coding and testing practices to minimize manual intervention by investors.
4. Implement solutions to issues and challenges raised by business stakeholders.
5. Improve effectiveness of the Guidelines team function in the region.
6. Work closely with colleagues in our offshore locations to maintain a tightly connected operating model.
7. Provide Pre Trade monitoring support.
8. Work on projects and initiatives.
9. Perform Guideline administrative review (GAR) of newly funded accounts and guideline revisions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1. Strong working knowledge of the Sentinel system or another similar guideline monitoring application.
2. Strong sense of prioritization, urgency, execution, and delivery with experience of driving process change and efficiencies in a growing business.
3. Strong understanding of investment products and processes and associated market practices with the ability to think strategically about how to create business-led solutions.
4. Experience with technical improvements including experience testing front and middle office applications.
5. Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the Business, Technology, and other key stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization.
6. Innovative and creative thought leader with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
