About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Research Engineer to analyze and improve AI agent communication protocols, particularly those integrating large language models (LLMs). This role involves reviewing existing methodologies, identifying areas for innovation, and contributing to the development of a next-generation communication framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an in-depth literature review on AI agent communication strategies.
• Evaluate the strengths and limitations of existing protocols.
• Assist in designing a new communication framework optimized for LLM-driven AI agents.
• Contribute to writing and refining research papers for academic publication.

Ideal Candidate:

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in multi-agent systems, AI, and large language models.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and technical writing skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of any of the following areas would be highly beneficial:
• Multi-agent systems & communication
• Autonomous systems
• AI agent safety, alignment, and protocols
• AI agent payments, authentication, and orchestration
• AI reasoning & self-learning systems
• AI agent marketing systems
