WHAT YOU’LL OWN (AND DOMINATE)

1. Client Relationship Excellence

  • You’ll fully own relationships with up to 15 key clients, proactively guiding them to measurable growth and lasting results.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, strategic workshops, and regular growth meetings.
  • KPI: Client retention and satisfaction.

2. Marketing Strategy Ownership

  • Fully own the development and execution of aggressive, high-performing marketing strategies for our clients.
  • Leverage our proven frameworks & cutting-edge AI tools to craft campaigns that drive consistent results.
  • KPI: Qualified sales meetings booked.

3. Sales Process Consultancy

  • Drive the integration and execution of our proven sales frameworks into client businesses, ensuring measurable growth month-on-month.
  • You don’t need to be a salesperson—but you must confidently understand, explain, and enforce a powerful sales strategy.
  • KPI: Month-on-month improvement in client sales performance.

4. Project Management & Rapid Problem Solving

  • You will own the project lifecycle, including internal workflows, AI-driven automation, and rapid-fire troubleshooting.
  • Navigate ambiguity decisively, make swift decisions under pressure, and relentlessly drive client outcomes.
  • KPI: Timely and effective resolution of client escalations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (or comparable, fast-paced environment)
  • Ability and willingness to work fully remote in a global, results-focused team
  • Exceptional communication skills— clarity, directness, and proactivity are mandatory
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution under pressure
  • Strong track record of independently driving measurable results—no hand-holding required

COMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH

  • £72,000 - £145,000 GBP per annum (based on experience and performance)
