Are you a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the services sector? Join our innovative team at Comarch UK and take the lead in driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships within the services industry. We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base, maximize revenue, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Candidate Profile

  1. Master in Economics, IT, Management or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years experience working in sales or client-facing role
  3. Knowledge and understanding marketing practices in loyalty industry
  4. Strong and confident with presentation, communication and demonstration skills
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work and determination in goal realization
  7. Availability for frequent business trips

Your Responsibilities

  1. Identify, manage and address customer needs in the field of loyalty, marketing and customer engagement
  2. Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients
  3. Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and most client-facing materials during the sales process (offers, presentations, etc.)
  4. Prepare, negotiate and close the commercial agreements with clients (in cooperation with the legal department)
  5. Work with Comarch Consulting team on continuous product enhancements based on market feedback; drive innovation and change on product roadmaps
  6. Attend conferences and trade shows
  7. Report sales activities to the Sales Director, using CRM tool
