About the Role: We are seeking a proactive individual to lead our Marketing function, enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our commercial objectives, working closely with key internal stakeholders to elevate CBTax’s market presence.

In this Role, You'll:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Plan and execute an annual marketing calendar, ensuring publication opportunities are maximised.
3. Lead the creation and delivery of thought leadership content.
4. Enhance brand visibility through strategic social media engagement and website optimisation.
5. Oversee and evolve the company’s web presence, ensuring it effectively showcases company events, publications, and marketing collateral.
6. Analyse data.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
8. Collaborate with the Commercial Director.
9. Design and execute sales campaigns.
10. Assist in the development of strategic partnerships.
11. Capture key insights from campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
12. Stay up to date with industry trends.
13. Manage and oversee external events, promotional activities, and industry award applications.
14. Own and manage in-house photography & videography efforts to eliminate reliance on external resources.

We're Seeking Someone with Experience Including:

1. Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
2. Hands-on experience with content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
3. Expertise in SEO, PPC, and website management (Webflow).
4. Strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise campaigns.
5. Experience in B2B marketing, thought leadership, and lead generation strategies.
6. Background in managing events, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
7. Experience in photography and visual content creation is highly preferred.
8. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
