A reputable firm based in East London is looking to expand their immigration department with an immigration solicitor eager to contribute to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum claims, deportation proceedings, and citizenship applications.
2. Assist with European (EEA) Applications including Residence and Family Permits, Permanent Residence.
3. Provide guidance and assistance with Long Residence applications.

Key Requirements

1. NQ+
2. In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
