We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the integration and change processes following a recent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on project managing the necessary changes, conducting impact analysis, and implementing solutions to streamline our finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration and change management processes related to the recent acquisition
• Perform detailed impact analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues, ensuring a seamless transition
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes and systems across the organization
• Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to the leadership team
• Ensure the successful implementation of the transformation initiatives within the agreed timelines
