About the Role

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley is a high-quality homecare provider, supporting vulnerable adults to receive exceptional care and companionship in their own homes. We are a trusted, compassionate employer, and we are currently looking for a Female Skilled Care Worker (SOC Code: 6135) and Senior Care Worker (SOC Code: 6136) to join our dedicated team.

This role is currently seeking skilled care worker interest from candidates seeking Visa Switch.

We are a licensed Home Office sponsor and can offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to eligible candidates who meet the Home Office requirements.

Requirements

• Must be already residing in the UK (We are unable to process overseas applications at this time)
• Preferably located within a 5-10-mile radius of Redhill, East Surrey.
• Must hold a full and valid UK or International driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work and able to provide evidence.
• Willingness to obtain business vehicle insurance (essential requirement)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (from 7:45 AM), evenings (from 5 PM), and alternate weekends
• Ability to work as both a Live-in Care Worker and Domiciliary Care Worker (subject to Home Office regulations and care worker codes 6135 and 6136).
• Willingness to complete a 3-day mandatory training course
• Commitment to delivering consistent high-quality person-centered care
• Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude towards clients and team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain professional relationships at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care, including washing and dressing
• Administering medication (in accordance with training)
• Supporting clients with daily activities, encouraging independence
• Responsible for meal preparation, housekeeping, and shopping
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
• Offering companionship and emotional support
