Role Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on selling data solutions and services related to legal agreement data management, capital markets, and global financial markets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing relationships with Corporate Investment Banks, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a sales strategy targeting global CIB banks.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key relationships with decision-makers in Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Sales & Trading, and Operations teams.
  • Promote and sell data solutions, analytics, and technology that streamline legal agreement data management in capital markets.
  • Understand complex client needs related to legal master agreements and other financial contracts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, legal, and technology, to identify solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and account management.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes, market trends, and the competitive landscape affecting global capital markets and legal data management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in financial data solutions, capital markets, legal tech, or related areas.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS, data solutions, or financial services to capital markets or institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of legal agreement data management, including ISDA contracts, credit agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar), pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Knowledge of global financial regulations (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
