After Sales Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Slough/Maidenhead (onsite)

Employment: 12 month FTC

What you’ll Do:

The After Sales Service Coordinator will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web entry, email, chat requests from internal and external customers on the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products, and admin resulting from that contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming contact (eg calls, emails, live chat) with an aim to resolve any queries raised by the End User/Agents/End User Care team as soon as possible in the correct manner ensuring all contacts are also logged in the correct format.
  • Processing incoming documents and admin.
  • Provide support to our service agents in the UK and ROI market by working with the Agent Support Team.
  • Log and capture case data on Salesforce.
  • Learn about the product portfolios for key brands – DEWALT, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, FACOM, IRWIN and BOSTITCH.
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers.

Who You Are:

  • Experience within a similar Customer Service role.
  • Excellent Telephone manner and happy to deal with a variety of customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to self‐manage.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change.
  • Flexible to handle varying workloads and to work as part of a team.
  • Experience of handling a large volume of calls (approximately 50 calls per day).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build and maintain key relationships.

Requirements:

  • Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of using SAP/Salesforce/Five9 software (nice to have).
