An established industry player is seeking a diligent Fire and Theft Claims Handler to join their customer-focused team. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of claims, ensuring thorough investigations and fair settlements. We are recruiting for a diligent and determined individual to join us as a Fire and Theft Claims Handler!
In the role, you will report into the First Party Claims Manager and work as part of a customer-focused team, proactively managing your own portfolio of fire and theft claims through to settlement. You will complete thorough indemnity investigations on all cases, working closely with the In-house Engineers to guarantee a fair settlement with the policyholder, ensuring that all validated claims are processed without delay.
Role: Fire and Theft Claims Handler
Location: Liverpool
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Salary: £26,950-£32,000 DOE, plus an up to £1500 annual bonus
