Role Overview:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will create a positive classroom environment, develop innovative teaching strategies, and encourage a love for science in your students. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to providing an enriching educational experience while promoting curiosity and scientific inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the curriculum.
2. Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported.
3. Foster a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
4. Assess and track student progress through regular assignments, tests, and observations.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop and implement innovative teaching practices.
6. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and student welfare.
7. Support students in extracurricular activities and STEM-focused initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in science education and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field (Teaching qualification is essential).
2. Proven experience teaching science at [grade level(s)].
3. Strong knowledge of science content and pedagogy.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A passion for fostering curiosity and creativity in students.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desirable:

1. A Master's degree in Education or Science.
