Job description

A leading law firm in Jersey is seeking an experienced associate director or director to join its Structured Finance team.

The role will involve working closely with the Head of the Structured Finance department on the ongoing development and management of corporate services in Jersey. You will manage client services in a manner consistent with the firm's vision, values, and strategy, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate governance. Additionally, you will effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the structured finance team, ensuring timely and accurate work, meeting deadlines, and managing WIP and debt. The successful candidate will ensure consistency of client service levels across the structured finance team and address any identified issues swiftly.

To be eligible for this role, you will have proven corporate administration experience at a senior level and a relevant professional qualification (such as CGI, STEP, or ACCA). You should possess highly-developed skills in identifying risk, particularly foreign tax risk, complex fiduciary risk, and financial crime risk, with proven experience in managing such risk exposure.
