Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Barry, with opportunities for some work from home. The Client Care Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing client interactions, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
