Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical projects within our clients' organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical installation, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role requires excellent leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of logic controllers. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians to ensure effective project execution.
2. Interpret and analyse electrical schematics to guide installation and maintenance activities.
3. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all electrical operations.
5. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless project integration.
6. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet organisational goals.
8. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems; mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
3. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
4. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in electrical systems.
5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
6. Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
7. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. A logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
