Corporate Tax Manager

A highly regarded, growing consultancy is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their Leeds office. In this role, you’ll manage complex corporate tax compliance and reporting processes, provide tailored advisory services, and support strategic projects, including M&A transactions and tax due diligence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and tax accounting disclosures
• Advising on tax planning strategies and risk management
• Leading client relationships, offering clear and proactive advice
• Supporting the professional development of junior staff
• Conducting tax due diligence reviews and contributing to business decisions
