An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join the team at Galliford Try within our Environment Business.
Ideally, you will be based in or around the Nottinghamshire area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.
The role will be based from our Woodside House Office in Annesley, at J27 of the M1.
Reporting to the Project Manager, in your role as Mechanical Project Engineer, you will support in the project management and delivery of Waste non–Infrastructure projects from outline scope to the completion of the construction stage, scoping of all necessary site investigation works and initial surveys to assist design and construction.

Alongside your previous experience of infrastructure project delivery and appropriate Mechanical Qualifications, we're seeking somebody with an understanding of NEC 4 Contractual requirements and an understanding of sustainable development, with a drive and commitment to support the companies' commitments.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive sound knowledge of current legislation and be able to work in accordance with QA and H&S procedures as well as an awareness and understanding of CDM.
