Contracts Manager - Social Housing Planned Refurb
Surrey

Howells are working with a leading social housing/regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in Surrey.

All projects are part of long-term frameworks or quoted works including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms, window replacements, roofing renewals, cyclical decorations, full refurbs, major voids etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager looking to progress with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople

Key Skills for the Contracts Manager

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra works
