Either way, I have a great opportunity for you! My client works in the beauty sector and they are looking for an experienced Office Manager and Senior Administrator to join their small team at their factory site in Ipswich.

Office based in Ipswich - convenient location with on site parking.

15 minute walk from the Rail Station.

Early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Managing Director in various aspects including supply chain queries and deliveries.
  2. Manage key accounts and customers.
  3. Handle pricing and production queries.
  4. Develop the role as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory floor setting is an advantage but not essential.
  2. Ability to organise your day and work schedule.
  3. Capability to remain unflustered under pressure.
  4. Provide the very best level of customer service.
