Project Administrator £27 - 29K DOE, Monday to Friday, No shifts, permanent position, 28 days holiday, growing company


Location of the Project Administrator Position: Warrington


A leading Automotive company that is a leader in their field requires a Project Administrator to join its team. They are a growing business and have recently opened a new manufacturing facility to mirror its growth and maximise production.


Duties of the Project Administrator Position:

  1. Review project specifications and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs.
  2. Review production instructions and documentation.
  3. Participate in pre-job bidding preparation.
  4. Prepare submittals and tender responses.
  5. Responsible for completing internal and external audits to the relevant standards.
  6. Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints.
  7. Coordination of internal and external build schedules and stakeholder meetings.

Job Requirements for the Project Administrator role:

  1. Good Skills using Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  2. Be well-versed in maintaining and controlling Quality Management systems.
  3. Have strong math, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
  4. Have a valid Driver's License.
  5. Make sound judgments in work methods and interpret goals.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate new processes clearly and document critical aspects of the job.
